Hahaha! When I’m giving the bill of our American customers, his companion is doing random Asian pose (coz I’m in Chinese get-up for the Chinese new year event of our lounge). Then the guy is asking if I’m Singaporean (Chinese race is one of the major population here, and I’m kinda mistaken as local Singaporean-Chinese citizen sometimes). I said no then he asked where I came from which I answered ‘from Philippines’. The other one said ‘hay nako naman’ to show he knows some of my language. I find it amusing when someone tries to make a parody out of me. Then we had a tiny chit-chat. But sometimes I feel insecure of my job because I’m dealing with people way too mature than me, working in 16 years of age feels you’re still too young to work. I’m not really required to work, it’s just I wanna earn my own money for myself. I don’t wanna depend much on my parents when it comes to things you just want and don’t really need. But I feel normal when dealing with youngsters in the lounge. They might be older a year or so than me, but I know we’re on the same line where we are not yet independent enough. This is just a random post about my boring life. I’m being semi-active again on blogging because Facebook atmosphere pisses me off. I’m not happy with it so welcome back to Tumblr Lara. :D
